It was close to shops and restaurants on Hastings Street and was on the beachfront.
Toiletries were not replenished each day and for the price that was very disappointing.
Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only comment would be that a few more sun umbrella's by the pool would be good.
A bit tired and dated but reasonably clean, nice staff, great housekeeping services yet a bit of mould hanging around. All things considered a very nice place indeed.
Mould riddles posted in lifts are too tough.
Direct access to beach
Room not cleaned to acceptable standard
We loved our stay at Seahaven, probably the friendiest staff, couldn't be more helpful. We didn't know what to expect because we mainly stay there because the budget and location suited us, and we made the best decision. We go on many holiday during the year, weekends and longer and certainly know what to look for when we are booking, sometimes we get lucky and discover a pearl, our stay in Seahaven was certainly the PEARL. Thankyou to Dianne, Steve and Ashley for making our stay relaxing and easy!!! Will be back, and have already recommended Seahaven!!!!!
Rooms, even though comfortable and everything worked well, could be a little updated, but we don't care, were coming back anyway!!
I loved that it was on the beach, that the pools overlook the beach, and that it is a short stroll to cafes and the national park.
everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We hadn't Stayed in Noosa for many years and fell in love with beautiful Noosa all over again.
The loaction was perfect, you could walk to the beach from the pool. It was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Free and secure parking.
I mentioned when booking that we were travelling around Australia on our honeymoon however this was not acknowledged on check-in. Not even a congratulations. This was abit disappointing.
Very freindly staff and lovely clean, comfortable accomodation in an ideal location.
Very little to complain about - only thing was actually getting an intenet connection and then, once connected, the high cost.
On the whole staff very friendly. Good position.
Air con on roof above room too noisy all night!! They had a fire alarm go off one night and the staff did not know what to do.We had to assist some old people down the stairs. Our room had a huge tree in front. Resort very tired. Pool not good-tired.
proximity to beach and shopping. Pool area. Great staff.
Room extremely small. No table inside to eat from. Had to sit on bed if wanting to watch TV. Quite noisy if window or door open.
The location was great. The pools were very good. The staff were friendly.
They gave us a room with two single beds pushed together to make a "double". Not very comfortable.
Proximity to beach and Hastings street.
The bathroom needed updating and was too small and we could not have the sliding doors open because the people below or near our room were smoking and the smoke cane straight into our room.
We have stayed at the Seahaven Resort for several holidays over a span of 30 years or so - from its early days as a smaller resort. We have always been comfortable, well attended by staff and appreciated its location in the "centre of town". We hope to be guests again. We also appreciated being booked into the suite 302 where we had been before without even requesting that suite. We further appreciate the parking facility.
In our suite 302, the trees have now blocked most of view of the beach and the sea. However, we realise this is not the fault of Seahaven . We also were a little disturbed by the resort's aircon unit noise outside our room. However, we needed the rest and enjoy the size of the suite. We are sure the noise problem has been fixed, or is being so, after drew attention to management.
We went during the Australian Winter and the hotel was nice and quiet. The outdoor pool areas were totally uncrowded, it was like having your own resort. There are nice areas for bbq and picnics as well as kitchens in the rooms. The penthouse apartments have rooftop hottubs. Most apartments have sea facing balconies and the complex is right on the beach. There is also an Italian Restaurant which is exceptionally good.
Lying by the pool was great - but it would have been ideal if there were bar staff to bring you cold drinks whilst you were relaxing in the sun!
